A few weeks ago I was up in Vancouver, British Columbia, for some photography and decided to pay my awesome cousin Rowenna and her super cool kid, Bodhi, a little visit. We always have so much fun when we are together and this time I decided to bring along one camera and one prime lens and grab some shots of them throughout our day together. We started out in Granville Island out in Vancouver and ended out on the beach in White Rock. It was an awesome day spent with two ultra awesome people! I love the summer!

All these shots were with the 5D Mark II and the 85 1.8 lens. Its different, but at the same kind of nice, to only have one set of tools to work with and challenge yourself to get different types of shot with that same setup. Fun!
I gave Ro my camera for a few minutes while Bodhi and I played around 
Not quite the same underwater quality as my professional underwater housing (yes … a review is still coming …) but my Olympus Stylus Tough is cool for some quick and fun underwater shots like this! 
Ah summertime in BC! I already miss the ocean and the mountains … and most definitely miss my awesome cousins!
